tinta.gallery is a project of IberiaTech Solutions LLC, based in Charleston, South Carolina.

When you contact us through this site, we receive your name, email address, and the message you send. We use that information only to reply to your inquiry, usually within one business day. We keep the conversation as long as it's useful for helping you and then delete it.

We don't sell your information or use it for ads, and we won't put you on a mailing list. The only outside companies that handle it are the ones that keep the site running. Contact messages are sent through Gmail, so Google's privacy policy covers them in transit, and the site is hosted by Vercel.

Like most hosts, Vercel keeps server logs that include your IP address. On your first visit the site also looks at the country your IP address points to, only to decide whether to show English or Spanish. That country isn't saved anywhere.

If you switch languages, the site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, so it remembers your choice next time. There are no tracking cookies and no analytics.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We don't track visitors in the first place, so the site behaves the same either way.

This site isn't meant for children under 13. If we learn that a child has sent us their information, we'll delete it.

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
