Terms of sale

tinta.gallery is a project of IberiaTech Solutions LLC. These terms cover any painting purchased through the site.

Each piece is an original work on paper, unique, signed by the artist. Each ships with a signed certificate of authenticity documenting title, dimensions, medium, year, and signature.

Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Pieces ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance matching the sale price.

We ship within the United States. For international buyers, email hello@tinta.gallery for a custom quote.

Payment by Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Bank transfer on request. Payment clears before the piece ships.

All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged, email hello@tinta.gallery within seven days with photos of the packaging and the piece, and we'll work with you on repair, replacement, or refund.
