Terms of sale

tinta.gallery is a project of IberiaTech Solutions LLC. These terms cover any painting purchased through the site.

Each piece is an original work on paper, unique, signed by the artist. Each ships with a signed certificate of authenticity documenting title, dimensions, medium, year, and signature.

Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Pieces ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance matching the sale price.

We ship within the United States. For international buyers, email hello@tinta.gallery for a custom quote.

Payment by Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Bank transfer on request. Payment clears before the piece ships.

All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged, email hello@tinta.gallery within seven days with photos of the packaging and the piece, and we'll work with you on repair, replacement, or refund. If the piece needs to come back to us, we pay the return shipping.

The artists keep the copyright to their paintings and to the photos of them on this site. Buying a painting means you own the physical work, but it doesn't give you the right to reproduce it. Please ask before using any of the images for something other than personal sharing.

If something goes wrong with an order, IberiaTech Solutions LLC's liability is limited to the price you paid for the piece.

These terms are governed by South Carolina law, and any dispute will be heard in Charleston County.
